DLF, one of the biggest brands in the construction industry, are involved in a big scam now. They promised people with dreams, dreams for life, and its been 3 years and the dreams are not even close to being completed. Read the arcticle below from the local newspaper.
Its really disappointing to note sorry state of affairs.

Its High time that local administration and State/Central Government Act to set the things right against all Real Estate Developing companies.

1. All projects are late
2. they take intrestr on delay if you pay late even one day
No delayed apently to customers if porojects are delayed usual dealy is 2 to 3 years
They will charge escalation fees to you .. means you will not be paid delayed panelty however you will be asked to pay escaltion of basic raw material cost .
can make the fsi increase will give you same area but charge you more 5 % .

Yes, I agree, DLF people are fraud, it is not the story of only Indore, but of entire India..all they do is show big fake dreams that lure people to give them their hard earned money..
